With its cloud-puncturing skyscrapers, towering apartment blocks and restaurants as high as the 70th floor, artist CHARLOTTE ELIZABETH calls Singapore “a city in the clouds”. It’s this same characteristic that has inspired her acclaimed “sky series” of paintings.
